The leaves of Chinese dragonwell tea are flat with a richly smooth appearance. The brewed tea is a playful jade green color with a satisfying orchid-like aroma. It has a pure and robust flavor, with tones of roasted chestnuts and sweet grass. This tea is the classic “Longjing” tea of the Zhjian province of China, where it has been finely regarded since the Tang Dynasty.
