Ginger is a popular herbal tea, that has a bitter yet refreshing taste. Ginger tea is thought t have many health benefits but perhaps the most popular is in helping with cold and flu symptoms. As well as helping with sore throats and runny noses it may also help in increasing blood circulation. In winter it makes a popular drink due to its spicy and warming taste.
Calendula
This herbal tea is also known under the name “marigold” due to its color, and has been used for its healing qualities for quite some time. This herbal tea may act to detoxify to the body, due to the presence of flavonoids, that can help reduce fevers and act as an anti-inflammatory. This herbal tea has also been used for conjunctivitis or pink eye by some people.
