Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your TeaScapes purchase, please return it to us for a full refund of the product purchase price or an exchange of a same priced product.  Please note that all teas are available in 1oz sample sizes.  To avoid the inconvenience of returning a product, it is recommended to purchase 1oz sample sizes to try new teas.

When returning a product, please specify the reason for the return.  It is also a good idea to return the product using a service that provides a tracking number to avoid possible delays in your refund, or the inconvenience of lost mail. 

Shipping charges will not be refunded on returned products.
